The ADAM Audio T10S is a powerful yet compact active subwoofer, with a particularly attractive price/performance ratio, designed for extending the bass range of smaller and medium nearfield monitors. Its dimensions make the T10S especially useful for home studio and semi-professional use.
The subwoofer’s performance, features and connectivity are engineered specifically to complement ADAM Audio’s T5V and T7V speakers.
Equipped with a downward-firing 10˝ woofer, ample sized bass reflex port, and commanding 130 watt Class-D amplifier, the T10S’ frequency response ranges from 28 Hz to 120 Hz and offers an impressive maximum sound pressure level of 104 dB.
An adjustable low-pass filter for matching to satellites, automatic or manual on/off, and four acoustically decoupling rubber feet complete the T10S's features. The qualities of the T10S subwoofer have found favor in numerous tests by the international trade press.

Very-very Good with Adam A3X
Yes, excellent
Quality sub with a MAJOR problem
Very well made sub (I have also opened it up - keep reading) that provides good punch for my 5" Tascam monitors.
Unfortunatelly, if you are to be using this sub not only for music production, but everyday music listening - it is not for you! It has a auto standby feature that switches off sub and cuts off pass-through signal to monitors after 15 mintes if there is no input signal - which is a good idea, bet sesnsitivity level on these are set very high! I need to turn up my Audient ID4 to a third of the volume before sub switches on and that is ;oud for casual listening.
So yoy have three options:
a) choose another product;
b) invest in external crossover/monitor controller and send audio separately to sub and monitors
c) open it up and disable auto stanby if you know what you are doing
Great sub extension to the T8Vs
Bought this big black box of bass as extension for a pair T8Vs. When working on electronic music, I still want everything between 30 and 50 Hz to really kick - the T10s enables that. Can't say much about how linear, as my room still needs some treatment, especially in the lows, but so far, it's a very well-rounded package.
